Willcox has been great to me. You don't have anything to worry about. They are top notch.

This is not a rant or complaint... just asking.
Gone.. I'm sorry for the delay in your board. We make the boards here.

Our electronic shop got zapped by lightening the week before last and we just got it back up and running on Friday. Since we sell the boards almost all the other major vendors in bulk, from time to time we run out of them, but the longest delay is usually 1 day. My apologies for the delay and your board should ship on Monday.

This has set us back yet again on the low fuel warning modules too.. that I'm having a fit with... we are now four weeks behind schedule on these.

My only gripe is they don't send tracking numbers. I like knowing when things will arrive.

I agree, I ordered some basic parts last Sunday and was hoping to get them this week so I could finish my car this weekend, I guess it will have to be next weekend. It seems every online store emails tracking numbers as well as items purchased on ebay, I like to know where my item is instead of being disappointed everytime I get home from work and not see a package on my front porch. Otherwise I have no complaints, cust. service is great.

I have to agree, I also like to have tracking numbers. Most places on ebay do give them to you when shipped.

www.riksvet.com is good also.
Funny you say that...I ordered a driver side mirror on Tuesday evening of this week, it came Thursday, I'm a little closer to Georgia than you, but that's the norm for them. They are also easy to reach on the phone and eager to help. They list on their website the manufacturers they buy from and they're top notch. I am not a paid spokesman for Full Throttle. Also Tim, you've been a knowledgeable CF member much longer than I, let me ask you, I'm going to put a '76 Vette steering wheel on my '70. Do you think the sun will still come up in the East?

I recently had a carpet problem. Long story, but I wound up with carpet from Ecklers that was the wrong color. I sent it back and they refunded my money, but said they could not fill my order and referred me to ACC direct at twice the price.

I called Wilcox and told them what I wanted(72 Red for a 75) and five days later it arrived. Excellent customer service.
