Default Need help finding clips

Hello friends, I have removed the dash panels, center consol, steering column - well, pretty much took my 1968 convertible down to the firewall. I am replacing the wiring harness and other misc parts that are just wrong on this car.

Anyway, where ever the screws go there is a U shaped clip that straddles the screw hole so that the screw can be tightened down. I have been looking on Ecklers but I can not locate these clips - can anyone give me a link to any web site where i can buy them? I just not sure what they are called. I took a picture and emailed ecklers and they still couldn't find it on thier own site.

thanks !

What you are after is called J nut and you should be able to purchase these at your local parts or hardware store. I think the Help Brand part numbers is 45382

Half or more of the "factory" fasteners I installed in my 68 came from a well stocked True Value hardware store.
