Maximum seat width for early C3?
I'm looking at some aftermarket seats but not sure if they will fit. Anyone have the max dimensions right off hand?
Thanks

Corey,
If memory serves, you're looking at 19 inches maximum width. Hope that helps.

Hi,
I just checked the seats in my 71 and 19" seems like a good number.
Regards,
Alan

Have the seats out of a 69 floor is 20" wide at back and 18 1/2" wide 18" to 23" from back.

If I remember correctly, Fiero seats bolt right in, as well as non-power c4 seats

Head room with those fiero seats is a pain tough. I think I'm going to have to bolt them to floor without the tracks so I don't have to slouch.

I'm guessing you're fairly tall? Mine won't be going in for a long time, but from the reviews I've seen, headroom hasn't been an issue except for some of the guys 6'+.
I'm 5'8"-9" and the extra 2" with using the brackets mentioned @ Mr.Mikes will work great for me. I will have a 5" cowl so the extra lift will compensate for the blocked view.
