i got 27inch tall tires turbo 400 trans 3000 rpms how fast should i be running if i have 308 gears

well i have a gps it says 77 mph i was just wondering could it be the gears are 331

Putting in 27" tire, 3.08 gear gives 78.3 mph@3000 rpm. Changing to a 3.31 gear gives 72.8 mph.
