Tail Light Lens Differences
I didn't know there were some huge differences in tail light lenses in just a few years time.
Looks like 68/69 got their own,
70-71E
,
and 71L-73 got their own.
Anyone know if they all fit the same and just look different...or is there something different about fitment?
I'm doing the LED tail light mod on my '69 and feel like the 70-71E would work best since it has more of a flat looking center.

Hi P,
I believe there were 2 variations of the tail-light/brake light lens, and 3 variations of the back-up light lens.
I believe the variations are all interchangeable in regards to mounting.

The 68-69 and the 70-71E all come to a point in the middle on the outside.
The 71L-73 are rounded in the middle on the outside.
They will all fit the same.
