Default Putting it back together.... A lil help needed

Hey everyone,

Car is finally painted and started to put things back together. Finally after 4 months of waiting. Interior almost complete.

For giggles I decided to mock the rear bumper. All the mounting holes line up but I noticed on either side there isn't enough bumper the cover the sides of the rear. A few mm off on each side. Is there something i'm missing here? I took a few pics. Any help or guidence is appreciated

The bumper was not on the car when I bought it

You may be okay once the retainers and related hardware are in place and you get to mounting the bumper cover. You have to finesse bumper covers a little. Is your cover urethane or fiberglass?
