If it's any consolation, I missed out on a '75 in much the same way. Something about it caused me to hesitate and in the interim, another buyer showed up and paid full asking price. So, I've learned to adopt the S.G.A. (Sour Grapes Approach). Works like this:
"Yeah; wasn't meant to be. I just KNEW the missing spare tire assembly, funny noise in the engine, and swervy steering were bad news. And the broken front clip! That would've been $350 and a weekend right there!"
Never fear; for every driver's seat is a rear end meant to sit in it.
Beacuse my arthritit is getting the best of me lately.
Dont wanna spend toomuch time under the hood anyway i had doubt's about buying anything to work on. just somthing to wash and wax.
I certainly like the look of the new challengers beat's the snot of the ugly Camaro by a long shot and dont give a rats AZZ how fast cars are it's the look and sound for me. and the mustang too many on the road! LOL
i just had this baaracuda for about 1 year was alot of fun but alot of time under the hood!
