Good progress today, got the underside all cleaned up from all the seals and stainless.
Had to pull the rear window as the stainless was glued on, because who ever pulled it before did not set the depth correctly, which means the trim will not fit correctly.
A bit unnerving since the window is 400 bucks....came out without any drama. Hoping to start sending on it in the next few days.

A little primer and a quick test fit to make sure there’s no issues.
next is wet sand the primer and wait for temps
to climb up before laying color on.

Did you change the wheels?
Didn't you have Torque Thrust's on it at one time?

Looks great with the hardtop. Reminds me of my first Corvette. Looked pretty good from 10 feet. Always loved the C3s, they just looked fast.

Long journey that came to an end.
The red sled is heading to AZ to it’s new owner.

The new owner will be tickled I'm sure. One of my favorite projects, well done.
