Well technically I'd say yes you can do it.. but boy it would be a real pain to install. You would have to purchase the upper wipe assemblies and then figure out how to install it on the door first...
This is the 68 wipe and it mounted on the door.. they are around 199 dollars a pair too.
The 68 panels didn't have the conventional upper support and wipe like all cars 1969-1977. So that would create a pretty big issue. Below is a picture of the upper area of a 68 door panel... maybe this will help you.
