Default Rvzio frame

Okay everyone I brought the frame of my 69 to get sand blasted. The early indications show that the back upkick rails and some other spots may be DOA. I believe I can use frames from 68 ( needs inside gussets) or 69 - 74 is that right. Not sure what years will fit. Please help. Thank you

Yes, it is me. I went through the same thing, thought about fixing and then just opted to get a good frame. Early 68' do not have the braces and I think there was something else that told me to stay away from 68'. 69' thru 72' will have the body mount brackets in the same location, 73' and 74' has the mounts moved to accommodate the rubber mounts, not to mention the changes for the different bumpers. If you can find a 69' frame then perfect, I think 70' to 72' might have a bracket or 2 for the emergency brake or something in a little different location, but will still work. If you have a 4 speed, make sure you get a 4 speed frame or you will be welding in the trans crossmember to make it correct.
Good luck, I have seen several for sale here on the forum I think.
