I did see Ralphs car last year and the car has a very nice frame. I do think he intends on selling it.

Original tires? Wouldn't it be great to bring that one back to life.

I bought the car in 1974, and drove it until 1994. It has been sitting untouched for 20 years now. Sold new from Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn Mass.

Hi Ralph,
Is that a recent picture?
I believe it's a real keeper for some interested in 70 LT-! cars!
Glad I could post them for you!
Regards,
Alan

Have to be careful this thread doesn't veer over to the 'for sale' side of the street, although I'd gladly post the pics there if you want.

Great looking car, any more pictures of it? Forget the "maybe" for sale part, would love to see more pictures of the car and information on it in general.

Beautiful LT1, Ralph - love the story and the patina! What serial number is it? Rear end ratio?

Cheers

Being that the car IS for sale..........and the reason for the post request???

Question, does this car retain its entire factory installed drivetrain? I remember hearing of it, if it's the same car?

My LT-1 SN 3893 had 18000 MI on it when I bought it in1979. Engine compartment looked just like yours everything there & original. Corvette has 19000Mi now.

Just PM the owner, if you want to discuss. He hasn't 'advertised' it here. If he wants to place an ad, there's the FOR SALE section for doing so.

Great looking car. Refreshing it would almost be like touching-up the Mona Lisa! REALLY???!!!

The transmission and rear end are not matching numbers, but everything on the engine is except the starter and water pump.

Hi,
I'm sorry I posted this here.
It belongs on the For Sale Forum.
Perhaps VB will move it!
This won't happen again!
Regards,
Alan
