Power windows have a circuit breaker under the hood. The A31 option section in the AIM shows where the breaker mounts and how it is wired. If memory serves, there is also a power window relay under the console. There is no fuse for the power windows unless it is in the accessory circuit.
There is no separate voltage regulator on the 69s as there was on the 68s. For 69 and later cars, the voltage regular is part of the alternator.
Can't swear for all years, but p/w has a interrupt relay under/behind the radio in the console....it cuts power to the window switches when the ignition is off.....when installing my windows, I eliminated that relay and just run my windows off a 30 amp fuse I wired in.....
