Hi BV,
On alternator stamps it's interesting to look at the texture of the surface of the case in that area since a re-stamp generally means the surface will have required some work.

Well I can say that I got a call from the commissioner on the bat phone and was told to stay away from this one as it looks real bad.
No way am I going to go against the advice of the commissioner!!!!!
Looks like I need to learn a thing or two about stampings on alternators.
