I have a couple of spring spacers in the front right spring for some unknown reason -
one person on here thought it could be a factory installed item because of the weight of the AC
thoughts?

My AC car didn't have any spring spacers, I think bubba was there!
Sounds like Bubba was trying to level the car without fixing whatever issue was causing the odd stance. I'd take them out and then figure out why they were needed. It may just be a bad coil on the side with the spacers. A new set of front springs are not expensive and may fix the problem. Id' eyeball the body mounts to make sure there aren't a bunch of spacers somewhere to correct frame twist or damage but that would be a worst case scenario.
Is there any info that gives the stock height of the car at certain places - such as the wheel opening at the top of the arch?
My car varies at all 4 corners. '78 w/113,000 miles

I believe the AIM has those measurements but like Casey said, just get new springs and go from there, they may cure the issue.
Found some in mine too... The 'twist in' style... Haven't gotten to the front end bushing/steering rebuild/replace yet myself... Can only figure they might be to help clearances for the 18 inch rims and tires under there ?... Is on my 'To-do' list to investigate...
