Default 68' owner

I have a 68 that my Uncle handed down to me. I rode home in it from the dealer(Grant Bishop Chevrolet Los Gatos) I was eight years old at the time. this is a one owner car. It is unmolested and very original. A no-hit body Convertible, 327/300 hp, 4spd , power windows, off road exhaust, manual steering and brakes, silver w/blk interior, am/fm radio(works)telescopic steering, black and yellow California plates and 53,000 miles.

Hey there, new member here. I have a 68 427/400 4 speed coupe project. Down-side is it sat neglected for 35 years, the up-side is that due to that there was less Bubba exposure! Lots of work ahead of me but so far so good. This is the day I picked it up, its down to the bare frame now. Thanks!

I am new to the forum. Have a 68 convertible that I purchased in a basket last summer minus engine, trans, rear-end.

Looking forward to learning from this site and one day getting her back together.

Default My favorite year 68 Corvette!

Had to sell the SB, 327 300hp when I bought the BB, 454 NOM. Here are a pair of 68 LeMans blue convertibles that were briefly together. (After I had the BB several weeks, I finally noticed the nose emblem was missing, LOL's, oh well, fortunately that was one of the easy fixes).

There is something about 68 Corvettes that has made that year my favorite!!!

Default Compulsive disrespect for original !!!! 68 VERT

OK, head for the rock pile and get ready to throw a couple. Nothing on this 68 is original except for part of the body and frame. Everything built from scratch. CI flares, Shafiroff 540 engine, Rossler Turbo 400, Shark Bite suspension, custom dash and console, Vintage air, custom roll cage, Billet black street lite rims, electric motors for headlight rotation, PPG flat black on flat black paint. Thanks, Norm !

Hey Buddy - with a beautiful '68 like that - you can repost every month if you like. Very sweet ride. I hope you got to open her up on that track.
