Borgeson Steering box is more or less a bolt-in upgrade from our stock steering box. Lots of info here on the board about them, just search around a bit and read what everyone has to say.
Another option is a rack-an-pinion conversion, either custom-made or a pre-built kit like the one from Steeroids. Several people here have done that as well and like it.
The rack kit costs more than the Borgeson box, I think, but the rack is technically the more 'modern' of the two as far as steering technology goes. It's all about trade-offs.
Really though, do some searching and some reading: there's a lot of info out there.
