Can someone please post a picture of the hood prop and how it is installed? I got a used one for my 73, and maybe I got one for a different year?
I just don't see how it would attach correctly.
FYI, I have an aftermarket entire front clip, and aftermarket hood, both from Ecklers.
The prop I got looks like this:

Can I play, Need a 73, got Alan's 71, Paul's 74, here's a 72 (ignore the extra hole above the pivot, that's for my safety pin)

Oh, and I believe that hood support you show was 77 on
68 was it's own, 69 through 71, 72 and early 73 shared the same support then late 73 to 76, then changed again in 77 till the end IIRC
