Correct, although his story is a little more interesting than that.
I remember putting my grubby little hand on TC's gold shark outside of Fenway Park when he drove off once, I think it was 1969.
Couldnt wait to tell the kids in my Jr High class.

Victor Rjesnjansky from Storage Wars Texas has a black 1980, he's cut out the rear storage compartments and tubbed his car. It is a cross between a pro street and a full blown drag car. He comes into my shop a lot and has offered for me to go racing with him, but I never can find the time to do so. I can't find a picture of his Vette, but it is pretty cool.
