Actually, I think the Arnold was demonstrating what happens to front bumper alignment when you bench press a C3.

The Astronauts during the early days of our space program practically all of them drove Vettes.
This is the crew of Apollo 12.

Actually it appears to be his personal car. Some quick research showed him with it in several photos (sporting Austrian plates) and there is some reference to having treated himself after winning Mr. Universe!
Now where are the photos of the Apollo astronauts, Kim Bassinger, Jay Leno, etc? Jimmy Hendrix apparently owned a couple of early C3s in his time!
