It looks like you're on the right track. If you haven't yet, you may consider looking at the C3's for sale section here. Many forum members with some awfully fine cars to offer. Personally, I would only buy from a private seller, but that's just me.

Good luck on your quest. In the meantime, this forum is a great source of education. I spent a year reading and researching these cars before I found the one I now own.
