Yes, the Pantera is a great looking car too. Love to have one of those. Back in the 80's I saw a yellow one at a used car dealership priced at 5K. I didn't even go look look at it, I guess I was thinking it was too good of a deal to be true. Kicking myself now.

In the 80's was a little lot with a yellow one here, it was like 5-7K and looked trailer queen sweet until you saw the passenger side which was totaled...
In the 80's lots of panteras were cheap, they had more rust than car under the skin but they sold cheap in those days

Likely in the end you would have well into the 20's for just the restor work even in the 80's.
The Panteras for whatever reason were big about rusting, in the 80's seemed enough time had passed some were really bad, they were bought and sold at low amounts and then people started restoring them, tall dollars even then, now most are restored queens with stacks of documentations and can be had for less than say an orginal 69 bb vette all restored...
