Rear Crossmember Bolt
Anybody ever broken one of the bolts that holds the rear crossmember to the frame? I did. I was unsuccessful in trying to extract the broken part. I am going to see if I can drill it out and retap it. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what I will do next.

Is there any of the old bolt you can get to? Normally we would just weld a nut on the broken portion left. The new head combined with the heat will normally break it loose.

And if you do drill it out.....slow the drill motor rpm by about 80% to prevent ruining the drill(bit) and prevent work-hardening the broken bolt.
