76 resto in progress
Lookin at a 76. new paint motor etc. The carpet is included just need to know if there is a specific way to do it. ei : insulation etc. Any help is appreciated.

First off it depends if the carpet is worth your time. Some carpet sets are 'not all that' and are rather 'weak' on fiber and are almost 'see-thru' when you put it up to the sunlight.
Yes...there are areas that will take some time to get correct...and one of them is the compartment doors lids in the rear.
As for any added upgraded insulation under the carpet for heat...that will be up to you if you plan on doing it.
