My manual windows are so hard to roll up and down. They feel as though they are dragging in the tracks I can not drive and roll my window up at the same time.
I live in the Midwest so I need them to work better because I drive it in cooler weather . Is there a rebuild kit available?

They probably just need the tracks and mechanisms cleaned of the old dried grease and then re-grease them . I just went through this with my 72 and they work great now .Make sure you also remove the three bolts that hold the casting piece for the window winder onto the door under the door panel and put new grease in there . After 40 years the grease gets hard and does more harm than good.
I took the door panels off of my '71 and lubricated the tracks and gears with a can of spray lithium grease. Doing this made a big difference. Note that I did not clean the old grease off first.
I had the same problem in my 81 AMC. Removed the regulators, washed with solvent, and regreased them and they worked slick. Passenger window started to get stiff again a couple of years later because I didn't use it. Now I roll the passenger window up and down once a month and that keeps it working easy.
Yes, removed all the old grease. Replaced some of the worn nylon sliding "buttons". Also replaced the bushing in the driver's side window roll up/down mechanism. Rolls up/down so easy. (manual windows).
