Today was the ZIP show and it was a great day to have it. Sunny, clear and about 70. A ton more cars then last year. The owner said they were up to about 225 when I left. I did get to meet Norm (N.G. Hayes) with his beautiful 72 with some other stuff. Nicely done Norm. He showed me a lot of pictures on what he did, how that car started out. He painted it at his house an gave me some tips. Nice day. Many c7's and c6's of course I was looking for C3's. Here are some pictures for what it's worth.

A separate set of pictures of the car Norm gave to his daughter who races the pants of it. Check it out!
Nice job Norm and very nice meeting you. Hopefully maybe with some luck I can get my car up for next years show.
Thanks

Yup, great turnout today. But the chrome C3's were very under represented. I counted fewer than a dozen out of +225 cars. Food, music, crowd, and Zip crew were great though!
Hi r & HF,
Thanks very much for the pictures.
An absolutely beautiful day to be looking at Corvettes!!!!
Keep plugging away r! Yours will look just fine sitting there someday, not REAL soon, but SOON!
When I was struggling with my car seeing what other people were doing was an inspiration for me.
There is certainly a pleasure and pride gained from doing it yourself!!!!!
Regards,
Alan
Not much more to add on this post but will throw a couple more gold metals to ZIP and crew. What a fantastic day for 220 plus fiberglass beauties to be on display. Boy did they roll out the red carpet for us today. Food was excellent and plentiful. The crew at Zip's is first class in my book. If you missed this one, go kick your own butt. As an added bonus, got to meet RVZIO today. What a super nice gentleman. His car will no doubt be a standard for all others that follow in his footsteps. The people make this hobby our passion. We can do without the cars but not the friendships we encounter along the way. Todays gathering will go to the top of my list for some time.
Thanks again ZIP and RVZIO.
