I hate to even ask this question. What are the mount location by numbers? Or what page in the AIM does it show them. I can find 1-4 on driver side but does it start at 5 on the passenger rear going forward? I'm going to be mounting the body Sunday and cant find the diagram. Pretty sad I know!
After reading a little more is there not a 5-8? Are they just 1-4 driver and a 1-4 passenger from front to back??
Mike , my understanding is 1-4 both sides. That's what the piece of paper had with the new body mount package. There is a proper placement of the shims for the different mounts. May want to check that if you didn't tape them all together when you started.

That's correct 1-4 . Number 1 is ahead of the firewall behind the fender , number 2 is in the kick panel , number 3 is in the forward part of the rear wheel well under the cover , and number 4 is at the rear of that wheel well . Same configuration on the other side.
coupe, and convertible frames are the same 8 frame mounting points,
the only difference is a removable transmission-mount and the Zbar mount for the clutch.
I hope you recorded the shims for each mounting point, so you can reinstall the same.
Hi mft,
The aluminum spacers (pucks) aren't all the same.
The #1 and #4 on the left side of the frame are different than the other 6 pucks.
They have an additional lip on them which centers them on the frame's body mounts.
I don't know why. I can only guess it had something to do with the way the body was dropped into place.

Alan
