I have a video, if someone is interested. I will try to uploaded from my computer
Great job on posting the photos.
With the engine OFF....press on each belt firmly with your thump halfway between the pulleys that guide that belt...it should only flex inward about 3/8" to 1/2"...it needs to be tightened if it flexes in more than that.
Do the same test on the other belts.
Also......CHECK to make sure the alternator belt is not wearing into the upper radiator hose. The hose may need a bracket to hold it away from the alternator belt.
(If the power steering fluid is low or very old, it can cause the P/S pump to make a noise when turning the steering right or left)

Post the video.
Fluid was changed 3 months ago, I checked again and looks ok.
I checked the belts, I will re-adjust them now and see if that helps.
It's kind of hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like the alternator belt is running to the rear off the water pump pulley.
IT also looks like the belt in the second groove is only going from the crank to the water pump. AFAIK, that short belt was usually in the rear groove.
This page from the AIM is from 1969-AND it's for the 427- it may or may not apply, but it's a good reference. Make sure the crank to water pump belt is not too short- it'll kill your new water pump if it is, and too long will squeal.
Looks to me like one of the radiator hoses is rubbing on one of the belts. If you turn the steering wheel while at an idle, the engine will 'load' and torque it over a bit...maybe to allow the hose to hit the belt. Turning the wheel either way would do exactly the same thing.
If that proves to be the problem, you likely have some badly worn (or failed) motor mounts.
After few hours looking and trying and adjusting and reading I figured out that the only troubleshooting that I am missing is to replace the steering pump....is the only one that now could be failing....

Thank you. The belts were replaced following the assembly manual's diagram. Also a friend that is a mechanic gave me the approval on the routing as well...
