The Ohio Muscle Car event was the first solid full event for the car.
It worked well and I had an absolute blast !
Can't wait to do it again, next event out will be the LS Fest in BG KY with the Raft Racer himself ....

We should do a CF all-C2/C3 autocross meet sometime. Maybe at Wilmington OH...

So I googled the Ohio Muscle Car event, and found that it was actually in Pennsylvania. The website I found didn't give a great description of the events; obviously there was autocross, but there was also a 'roadrace' and 'trackcross'. What were those? Grand Champion was the total score.

Is this another "200TW tires only event"? Were the drivers listed as ineligible in the results on "other" tires?

Thanks, sorry for all the questions!

That would be cool, if for no other reason than to see people's faces when a group of prepped vintage corvettes roll up on them in traffic, or a gas station

There is a really good looking 69 Pro Touring Corvette in the for sale section right now. I'd be really interested except I'm out of garage space.

Yes, It was held at Pittsburg International , An Awesome facility.
The event starts with a Track-X which takes place on the road corse.
Standing start at the start /finnish line and runs turns 1-9 ending at the start of the back stretch.... No pylons... yahoo

The Road Course is a Hot Lap event with 15 minute sessions with groups of 15 cars on the track at one time.

Day 3 is the Autocross on a fantastic smooth asphalt surface in the adjacent pit parking lot

An awesome event that I would highly recomend

Your total time for the 3 events is added together and the driver with the lowest time is the Grnd Champion

The Field is limited to 60 cars total
2015 saw 44 Non ABS cars & 16 late model ABS cars

They're old school custom; used to be sold through the Eckler's catalogs in the '70's and '80's. I think it looks very cool.

I'll be at LSFest also-- just as spectator--I wish my car was set up for that! Will you be competing?
I love seeing Vettes doing what they were made to do rather than be a "Do not touch" trailer queen.
