Default Finally back from paint

Guys,
Fresh coat of SCG and looking stunning. Time to reassemble. A little torn on where to start. I need to get the headlights and wiper door stuff put together. The dash is also out. Which one first? I think I need the dash in to get the switches to activate. What do you guys who have done it recommend in terms of sequence of operations?

FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH:

69Vett is CORRECT!!!!

I have re-assembled so many that what I do...is that I have a vacuum pump and an alternate power supply so I can apply power and vacuum to the car without it having to run. So I can verify the wiper door works, headlights doors and A/C vacuum door pods.

I generally begin working from the bumpers towards the interior. The interior is the last thing I worry about.

Depending on the condition of the fuse panel, etc....that will let me know that I need to sit down and correct it or install a new harness if the owner wants to spend the money on it or not.
