Should I use 90 octane ethanol free gas in my 1980

I use Sta-Bil 360 to counteract the ethanol as well as provide corrosion protection for the gas tank. Of course, I just rebuilt/restored my gas tank and it was clean as a whistle in there with absolutely no effort taken to protect it from ethanol.
I can only get "regular" ethanol-free unleaded in my area. However awesome it is, I can't run it in my 10.5:1 engine.
The same place (Southern States) does sell 50 Cetane diesel fuel...much more oomph than the 40 Cetane sold out of the pumps. May try putting that in my F250 6.7L, just for giggles.
