I voted heavy but not as in wide body kit 70's style paint with fur interior, but like some of my favorite c3 on here are brent319 lvrpool and rolling thunder I consider those heavily modded but true to the nature of the corvette stingray
When I was looking for my steel bumper I wanted a car that looked pretty much stock....But I wasn't after a trailer queen or NCRS correct car. If money was not an issue I would like to have both a NCRS top flight LS5 and a vette built like the "48 hour build" by Ridetech.
I chose light modifications. I think that GM got the body right, it's a beautiful car and unless you're going to be racing it on a circuit track where you will need a wider stance then a street car needs to remain stock looking. Of course mods like heads, cam, chrome and polished aluminum in the engine bay as well as Vintage air are my ideas of light mods...
I would have to go with light mods also. I was looking and found what I wanted it a car was 70% restored with upgrading the engine and suspension for improved performance. A less that 200 hp car getting passed by a pinto (kidding) wasn't real attractive to me
Lightly modified here. I like my car to look stock when sitting in the driveway, but also enjoy some of the improved features that 45 years of knowledge have provided. HEI ignition, radial tires, blue tooth stereo, better lighting, rack and pinion steering, adjustable gas shocks, high hp create motor, ect.

I voted light mods (even though my present Corvette is bone stock other than a wheel change).
AirborneSilva's description pretty much nails it, so no need to elaborate on that.
I always enjoy seeing NCRS level restoration on a Vette and the crazy attention to detail that it takes to build one one. Nice as they are, Its just not for me. Besides I know myself. If I had one like that I would hardly ever drive it for fear of this or that or just plain wear and tear.
I voted for the dark side since every car I have ever owned has always been modified in some way. I enjoy a modified car the best as long as it is tastefully done and not some over done car with over the top mods and paint with the stingray or corvette logo on every part of the car.
I voted for light modifications, as apparently most have so far. Seems like the safe option. But with no definitions it's hard to determine where light ends and heavy begins. That being said, it is an interesting poll and the individual comments are as significant as the votes.

I like to look at NCRS cars, and I am sure some guys have a blast looking for just that 1 part with the correct date code, but just not for me. I don't have the patience for that. Plus I like to drive the car. I know I wouldn't if I had one at that level.
I want to learn what is most popular trend in c3's right now on this forum,
I have my idea but I want to see I'm I correct or dead wrong.
In my world modified is just that doesn't matter if it's a little or a lot so I could have just had two voting options but I ran 3 for fun.
So lets see how this one goes....
Hey Bat's
Could you set this program up for the upcoming federal elections so we could look before voting ?? Oh I forgot you are in Fl and I here they sometimes have trouble counting Votes
