You know the curious thing, and I don't have photos to show, are the poor 'matches' between the doors and the rear fenders. One side at the bottom, the other at the top. Yet there is absolutely no indication that the car was ever hit. Nothing on the frame, nothing on the body. I've been all over it, and the guys at The Beauty Parlor remarked at how perfect, from that aspect at least, both are.
More from The Beauty Parlor. The next owner may not have the build sheet, but they will have the known history of the car (still haven't been able to locate/discover one owner), will know who did what during the current appointment at The Beauty Parlor, will have names and notes from people involved in the car's history, etc. All they need do is drop the tank, LOL.

On driver side the 'PB' (a little difficult to read, poor access) undoubtedly means 'Power Brakes'. But, on the passenger side, '133'. No idea. Both in chalk, and covered, until this week, by years of road dirt, etc.
The radiator support has been officially pronounced a 'has been'. No surprise, that.

And, just for fun, two other Corvettes.
If you have the Build Sheet the #133 may be on it as I believe it is the order #
My 70' has a #186 on the pass-footwell and a BB on the drivers side (Bridgehampton Blue I believe). Other numbers/letters inside the cab area.

Piggie was built the end of June - do you have a build date for yours? The build sheet... The biggest disappointment of this whole affair - look back thru the thread and you'll see a photo of the build sheet.

Remains of my build sheet/The best guess on the build of mine outside the door tag is 3-20/3-26 1970
Hey, it's almost readable, esp compared to the one on mine. One would think if it is the order number, mine would be higher than yours, given the later production date???
I'll have to check with Walt to see if he knows when he placed the order. It was ordered as a 'salesman's special', which might have affected the production date.
So, the story on the number, cars on the line were given a sequential number, starting at, I guess, '1', and ending at '500', and then starting over. So, there would be a fair number of cars with said number.
As for today, well it looks like Piggie tossed his cookies , plus we garnered a new name on the tank! (Apologies for the fuzzy picture.)
