Adjusting Headlight Actuator Clevis

Adjusting Headlight Actuator Clevis
Rebuilding my actuators...whats the correct position and the length of the clevis? Seems like its not too critical as the clevis pin rides in a slot there. I plan to put it so it stops at the forward position.
