Default 1968 "Motion" Update

Hi All,

Just a few pictures of the progress. Still waiting on wheels and tires, and a few other odds and ends. Joel Rosen has the paperwork and is researching his records. He did confirm that the parts used on this build were from his shop. I kinda doubt he did the work though. As I have mentioned in the past, the car was not purchased at Baldwin, but rather Luby's (same area). Steering will is not staying on, just mounted to move it around. Sorry for the cruddy cell phone pictures.

Stay safe, John

Love the color combination and really think those Motion cars look terrific. It would be a big bonus if Joel has any info on your car. Even if he doesn't, it looks great. That big block looks nice too

My '80 is a burgundy (dark claret?) car and I had been throwing around the idea of painting the "Motion" strip on it when the time comes to paint it and I must say it looks a lot better than I had imagined. Yours looks awesome, nice work. I have been following this build from afar and have to say you have done a great job.

Thanks for the update! The '68 is looking great and it's amazing to see how far it has come.

Thanks Mav ( I love it BTW, I am a mid 80's Top Gun guy), but I cannot take the credit. This is the work of my friend Ron. A 77(?) year old one man show. I am just the "project manager" and "forum presenter".
