V0605TYU indicates a Chevrolet 350 CID truck engine for 75-77. June 5 (0605) is the day the engine was assembled at the Flint, Michigan engine assembly plant (V). TYU is the engine identification code.

I do not recognize the other numbers although T5U510266 could be a VIN derivative from an assembly plant.

If the engine suffix starts with a "T" it is usually a truck engine. TYU is a 75 van/bus 350.
