Hey Redwing, what color is that?
Its just beautiful
Car came from the factory in Elkhart Green (947). A PO had an accident in 1985 and had it changed to the Mille Miglia Red (976). This was done at a body shop so it is not the correct paint and has some years on it.

I love the 73. When we did all of the body work on mine, I had the option to change to put any combination of front/ back on it. I chose the 73. I like how unique it is. I will probably put the bumpers on the summer. Then again I have been saying that for a few summers now.
Brent, What wheels/offset are those?? Hopefully will be in paint soon and moving on to tire/wheel combo. Those are badazz!!!

The wheels are Intro Pentia. Sorry, I don't now the backspace on them. I knew they would fit since I bought them used off a car with the same flares as mine from the vendor/shop whose name shall not be spoken here. I can find out if you want.
I really like them but tne thing I am not so sure I like about them is the valve stems. They are on the inside of the wheel behind one spoke. The car that had them on had larger brakes and had stems that were recessed inside the wheels. Just to check the tire pressure you had to find which spoke it was behind, unscrew the flush aluminum cap, insert an adapter and then get the gauge behind the spoke. My brakes are not as large and I was able to replace them with stubby valve stems, but if I ever want to go to larger brakes I will need to change out the valves and go through that hassle every time.
I've just been too busy with other stuff. I have at least purchased the paint: Both Primer & Paint are a poly-urethane. The 2-part primer is made to fill pin-hole imperfections on the fiberglass.
I'm honestly hoping next week will be the week I roll it in and roll it out of the paint hanger.
How about you JR? Anything goin on with you and yours?
You`re not alone! I`ve done about all the low buck "piddling" I can, and now I`m down to the big stuff, and have to shell out big money to continue.... so the big brown truck doesn`t show up as often as it did before!
Once you get the paint done though, you`ll have another "growth spurt" with it, and re-assembly will show you some quick progress!
