I just purchased my BL-5000SLX and changed my oil today. This thing is great, I crawled around under the car checking out my brake lines, fuel lines, etc while I was under there. Definitely a nice investment for those of us who cannot fit a lift.
I was working on the first stop with two stacked rubber blocks and had plenty of height.
This thing has motivated me to get under the car again, I always hated using a jack stands with this car, it creaked on the way up jacking each corner and never felt stable, in fact one time I had the front end in the air on stands, I put some weight on the nose and the car was able to see-saw on the stands, I didn't like that.
My z06 crashed off a jack stand... whether I placed it wrong or whatever, I've used them thousands of times and it could happen to YOU.
Here's what it looked like before I got mine. Couldn't be happier now. Hope you're happy too!
I got my Quick Jack up and running today and my 81 is up in the air. What a great jack!
Question though- I do notice that the body panels/doors, etc still flex and move around with the Quick Jack.. I was hoping to avoid that. Has anyone had a problem with having their car up on one and then having body panel issues once they brought it back down?
As long as it won't hurt anything (and I'm assuming plenty of you have done this without a problem), I'll leave it up there for a day or two and explore underneath.

If your seeing gap issues you should put a jack under the rear differential and bring that up to close the gaps if its going to be up in the air for a while. I don't believe you will need one in the front but someone will come along and correct me if I'm wrong.
