on my right inner fenderwell there are 2 sets of holes. the upper set holds a vaccum actuator, but I do not know what goes in the 2 holes below and inboard of the above item., can anybody help me. if you can send a couple pics it would be great. my car is a smallblock auto coupe with a/c. thanks bernst65@msn.com

On NON a/c cars the windshield washer fluid reservoir is mounted to the rear of the right-side apron with a bracket.
Could those holes be what you're seeing!
I'm not sure if all aprons got the holes regardless of where the reservoir would be mounted?

Can you post a photo of the holes you are referring to??? So we can see where they are located.
Possibly a hot water shut off valve??? I know those can be mounted on the side of the evaporator core box...but GM did also installed them on the inner skirts on some year models.
