I'm 39, but I was 17 when I bought my '77. That was 22 years ago, I'm working towards making the next 22 years more productive than the last 22 on the project...
Here it is loaded up on my trailer ready to go home with me.
The next day at home in the driveway.
Been lucky in life, as the 72 is the most recent, since my first Corvette when I was 29 yrs old. A big Block 4 speed Chrome Bumper has always been high on my list of wants in life and I was glad to find this one.

50 to 60 But I have had 1 70 1 71 1 72 3 75s 3 76s 2 77s 2 78s 2 79s 1 81 1 84 1 85 and 2 86s bought my first one in 1984 a light blue 77 with dark blue leather. There is at least 1 in the garage at all times. The 2 I have now is a 72 conv that has been around since 1999 and a tacky 76 I just bought and there will be more I'm sure.
I am math challenged (which is why I never have any money). but I count 22 Corvettes. Am I close?
Is that a forum record?
I'm enjoying this topic, and want to thank everyone for their pictures.
54 I've owned 4 over the years...all C3's. Bought my first one in 1981...it was an '80 L-82. I put a Turbo II body on it in 1983. I have these 2 now. Fun thread!
I didn't get a chance to read all this, but I am impressed at what you younger fellas have accomplished. I had always promised myself I'd get a Corvette for my 40th birthday; but being practical, I bought a house instead. Then I promised myself I'd get on on my 50th. Didn't have to wait that long. I'll be 48 in Sept. I finally fulfilled my lifelong dream of owning a Corvette late last year, when I got my '74. She is being painted red right now.
