Are these just standard heads or are they pretty good. Was wondering about buying some new aluminum heads or something beefy but for all I know these are fairly good flowing heads.

Looks like these heads were 76 to 87 so I can only assume they are dogs.
Would just bolting on some good heads add 20 30 hp or so??
Don't relly want to pull engine and rebuild.
