Advice on 1971 coupe

I know 1971 Corvettes could not be ordered with Redline tires, but I thought they would really complement the black. So here they are. After I got home, I found the one beauty ring was not clipped to the wheel. There was a wheel weight were the clip goes. I have to go back and get the wheel balanced and weighted on the inside of the rim. I took my son out for a ride yesterday in the 95 degree Florida heat. The car is air conditioned, blows semi-cold air, but is a bit weak by comparison to any other AC car I have had. I don't expect it to be like my C7, but am wondering if I should expect more.
Is my vette stock?? HAHA

AC should be cold. If it is still running R12, likely low. Also, Evap coil could be dirty- most definitely- leaves, dust, etc.
Also, there is a modification guys have been making with the blower ground that supposedly increases blower output- you can use the search bar to find the link
