New Vette owner
Hi guys, been in the market for a vette for about a year now and just bought my child hood dream car, a third generation vette, it's a 1979 L82 Black/oyster. I'm the third owner, and was very fortunate to buy this from a guy I've known for many years, he's owned it since 1991 and has taken well care of it. I'm looking forward to driving this for many years.

Great looking car! Seems like I say this to every new buyer, check the date on your tires. New looking, doesn't translate to safe.

I love it! Of course I MIGHT be biased towards black 79's with L-82 engines. Is your an auto or 4 spd?

Nice car. I had a dark blue with oyster 79 for 32 years. I hope you enjoy yours as much. The rally wheels look great, thought about putting them on mine several times.
