An old trick that I saw once was to first heat the area with a blow dryer and then quickly freeze the glue (glue only) with dry ice, then pick at it with your finger nail.
It may take a couple of time, then you buff it out.
SuperGlue is anaerobic...meaning it dries in the absence of air. So, if it is spilled on your paint it will take a while to dry. Once dry, you might just take an ice cube and rub it over the SuperGlue. The difference in temperature between the SG and the paint might cause it to separate. At least, it's an easy thing to try. Not sure I would want to heat then dry ice my paint job.
If you're the patient type, just leave it. Let it weather, dry up and get old. Wash your car, drive your car, let the sun do its work also. Over time it will fall off. Better to try this than to actively try to remove it and leave a mark which won't go away.
