Corvette Cores
I may be buying a batch of used corvette parts in the near future and was wondering about saving stuff for Cores.
How many items are worth saving for cores?
Some of these items know one would want to purchased used and tend to end up laying around in a parts pile. I was wondering for interest sake and for recouping my investment.
Here is my known list for stuff good for cores.
Brake calipers
Trailing arms
Steering gear box
alternator and starter (if non replacement may be worth more as non core)
Anyone else have anything else that should go on list because I know im forgetting something. Hate to throw something away that could be useful later.

Hi jim,
I think just about any part that has a part number or date on it or was, because of it's configuration, used on certain cars is worth saving.
Folks who are restoring cars are often looking for parts that we normally would think aren't worth keeping.
