Personally I like the look of the Factory side pipes.

I have the OBX on my 80 4/speed. I've been really happy with them for the last 5 years. No problems at all. I would have made the American purchase but I could not afford them.

The point you guys are missing, is that the OBX have more than doubled in price, almost as much as USA made SS sidepipe headers.

That is a great looking car! I am on the fence with those type sidepipes on a rubber bumper car, or I would put some on my '74; would be nice not to worry about burns.

Out of curiousity, are there any options besides Stahl or Duntov for smallblock headers/pipes where it exits out the side without showing the collector?



Just wondering, because the Stahl ones look like they have really bad ground clearance for the street, and the Duntov ones are expensive as hell. I really like that look.
