71 engine harness help

does anyone know where this might go on a 71 small block no ac car? Its a black wire almost 4 feet long coming out of the engine harness close to the wiper motor

Hi P,
It's the wire/connector for the the sensor/switch on the transmission that's part of the CEC emission control system on 71 cars.
