Vegas Vettes
Thought I'd share a nice photo of our local Corvette club lined up to go onto the track at SpeedVegas.
Once a month our club attends Cars and Coffee at SpeedVegas and getting on the track for a few laps is one of the perks!

Sounds like a lot of fun. I see in your photo a couple C3's, a C2, a C4, a few C7's, and a few C5's & C6's. What a great mix of years!

Most of the club members drive C6 and 7s. You can't see them all in the photo but at this event there were (4) C3s and (3) C2s. We put the C2s up front to give them a head start HaHa!

I was out at the Las Vegas speedway on Sat & Sun doing an autocross. Met several of the VV club members flogging their cars. Hell yeah! Unfortunately I had to leave my Corvette at home when an unexpected engine issue popped up on Friday. Its nice to have choices so my SS Camaro was up to the task! The guys didnt discriminate and I repaired the Corvette today. I will be around at C&C at the speedvegas, maybe even join the club!

Awesome photo. I meant to go out to the SCCA event last weekend but my C3 is giving me some problems.
Couple of weekends ago I led a corvette cruise out to Valley of Fire to meet Skip at his campsite, good times. I see his C2 in your photo there.
I'll have to make it out to cars and coffee sometime to catch the crowd.

I like it! Was it born a C6? Would you happen to have more pictures of it?

From the wheels and the dash it appears to have been a C6.

Looks awesome. I like live in Vegas and I didn't know about this group. Will they let convertibles on the track?
