Can Someone Tell Me the Date Code on This?

I have a original water pump with the stamping PH406 on it and what appears to be an "F" on the underside.

Can someone date decode this piece, thanks.

Original water pump to what? Year? Part Number?

Examples of a date code,
G31*5 = March 31, 1965
K1*6 = Nov. 1, 1966
A5*72 = Jan. 5, 1972

Hi,
Here's an example of the date code as revi lists.
Don't be confused by casting numbers and mold numbers.

All I saw was the PH406, so maybe its not original. It came with the car in a box of parts taken off the 1969...
