1969 corvette L46

I don't remember where this piece came from .. I have two of them. Can someone help? .. With photos if possible.

It looks like the 'stop' that goes on the lower A-arm. If that's not enough info for your install, just let me know and I'll find a photo or add more detail.

Does the part have 1 or 2 'flats' on it?
Does it fit a wrench?

Hey Alan..

It has two flats and a 7/8 open end wrench fits it.

I'm thinking along 70's line.
Do your lower control arms have the welded-on steering 'stop'?
Or is there a hole there?

I'm hoping that another '69 or '70 owner can chime in here to answer Alan's question. My '70 front suspension is completely removed, so I don't have anything to look at to determine the function of that part.
