Does anyone offer the service of winterizing your corvette for the winter in Rochester NY
You change the oil and filter; make sure the anti-freeze concentration is correct; add some fuel stabilizer to the gas tank, then fill the tank; add about 10 pounds of air pressure to the tires, then put 2-3 pieces of old carpeting, cut in 12" squares, under each tire. Put battery charger on car for an hour, 2-3 times during the winter. Wait for snow to melt, and a couple of rain storms rinse the salt off the roads, in the spring. Lower air pressure in tires, and drive car.
That's a good suggestion, too. I guess I've been fortunate, in that I've never had any "critter issues" in 40 years of storing cars during the winter months.
